The voice of a Radio Presenter may be the only voice a patient hears all day.

You are their company.

Playing songs which mean something to someone on the request show is a privilege during what can be a difficult period in their life.

A requested song may remind patients or their loved ones of a significant time in their life, whether that be an anniversary, birthday or loss.

Lyrics can often express how someone may be feeling at that point in time.

The song you play may also be the last song they ever hear.
